  • For the Zacusca Mushroom Spread:
  • 1 jar 230g Romanian Delights Zacusca Mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Crostini:

  • Baguette or artisan bread sliced
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • 150 g goat cheese crumbled

Additional Topping:

  • Fresh rocket arugula leaves




  • Prepare Zacusca Mushroom Spread:
  • a. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • b. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • c. Stir in Romanian Delights Zacusca Mushroom, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes until the flavors meld.

Toast the Bread:

  • a. Preheat the oven broiler.
  • b. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet.
  • c. Brush each slice with olive oil.
  • d. Toast under the broiler for 1-2 minutes or until golden.

Assemble Crostini:

  • a. Spread a generous layer of Zacusca Mushroom mixture on each toasted bread slice.
  • b. Crumble goat cheese over the top.

Add Rocket Topping:

  • a. Place a handful of fresh rocket (arugula) leaves on each crostini.
