The last Zacusca I’ve tried. I kept pushing leaving it on the shelf, because I normally don’t like eggplant a lot. I therefore expected it not to be my cup of tea, but WOW! It’s very nice, after the chilli Zacusca, it’s my second favourite!
Is there a chance you’ll invent more varieties to join the Zacusca family? I’m hooked!

This is great stuff. Aside from being dairy free (vegan), gluten free, soy free, MSG free, nut free, and sugar free, it tastes great and is chunky enough to have as a spread by itself or use like a sauce. I just discovered it and have been ordering a lot as I can’t find it in my city. Definitely recommend. (I like the eggplant one. :-)
