High Protein Vegetarian Chickpea and Zacusca Beetroot Burger
Ingredients
Beetroot and Chickpea Burger Recipe
- Ingredients:
- * 1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
- * 1/2 cup of Romanian Delights Zacusca Beetroot
- * 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- * 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- * 2 cloves of garlic minced
- * 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- * Salt and black pepper to taste
- * 4 burger buns
- * 4 slices of cheese optional
- * Lettuce tomato, and any other toppings of your choice
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl mash the chickpeas with a fork or a potato masher until they are mostly broken down, but still have some texture.
