    • 100 ml vegetable oil
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt

    For the Filling:

    • 200 g jumări pork cracklings, finely chopped
    • 200 g feta cheese crumbled
    • 1 bunch fresh dill finely chopped
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

    For Brushing:

    • 1 egg yolk beaten
