  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Crostini:

  • Baguette or artisan bread sliced
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • 150 g goat cheese crumbled

Additional Topping:

  • Fresh rocket arugula leaves
